1Seaweed powder: seaweed powder made by removing impurities, drying, crushing and grinding, with fineness of about 100-200 mesh, including seaweed powder, sargasso powder and so on.For seaweed fertilizer and feed addition.

2Physical seaweed powder: It is mainly used to extract alginate and alginate powder. After being processed by physical degradation and transformation technology, the molecular weight of alginate and other macromolecular substances in algae is reduced from 3000-300000Da to less than 3000Da, which is conducive to plant absorption and purification of alginate.And at the same time convert the insoluble material in the algae into the water-soluble material;When the seaweed liquid was extracted by physical degradation and transformation of seaweed powder, 100 kg of water at 90℃ was added, 20 kg of seaweed powder was added and dissolved by stirring for 4 hours. After filtration and precipitation of 100 mesh mesh, the clear seaweed liquid was obtained.  

Main technical indicators of seaweed liquid: the appearance is light brown transparent liquid;Seaweed extract content of about 10%, including 5-6% alginic acid, PH7, alginic acid molecular weight below 3000.

Solid seaweed essence (seaweed fertilizer) was made from the seaweed liquid after conditioning and drying.

Physical seaweed liquid is mainly used in the production of seaweed essence, seaweed fertilizer, large element seaweed fertilizer, amino acid seaweed fertilizer, fish protein seaweed fertilizer, seaweed fungus fertilizer, seaweed biological fertilizer, spraying fertilizer and drip irrigation fertilizer.

The filter residue from the extraction process can be used to make all kinds of seaweed flush fertilizer and top dressing.

In the whole process of extracting seaweed liquid, no chemical materials are used, no waste gas, waste residue, waste water is produced, and the production process is safe.This technology is suitable for small fertilizer enterprises to produce seaweed fertilizer.

3. Enzymatic hydrolysis of seaweed powderFor the extraction of oligosaccharide alginate (algal enzymatic hydrolysate);When extracting the seaweed liquid, 100 kg of water at 45℃ was added and 10 kg of seaweed powder was stirred and dissolved. At the beginning, the dissolution would form a very viscous liquid, with the viscosity of about 3000MPa. With the increase of stirring and dissolution time, the viscosity would get lower and lower.The liquid viscosity was reduced to 20mPa. S after enzymatic hydrolysis with constant temperature of 45℃ and intermittent stirring for more than 6 hours. The oligosaccharide seaweed solution was obtained, and the clear solution of oligosaccharide seaweed solution was obtained after filtration and precipitation.

Main technical indexes of oligosaccharide seaweed solution: alginate content 5%, solid content 10%, molecular weight of alginate less than 800, pH7.

 Oligosaccharide seaweed liquid can be used to produce seaweed essence, seaweed fertilizer, amino acid seaweed fertilizer, fish protein seaweed fertilizer, seaweed fungus fertilizer, seaweed biological fertilizer and so on.Oligosaccharide seaweed solution can be compatible with large elements of N, P, K and trace elements of Ca, Mg, Cu, Fe, Zn, Mn, Mo and B to prepare large element seaweed fertilizer and trace element seaweed fertilizer.

4. Soluble seaweed powder: it is the seaweed powder processed by solid conversion technology, so that the insoluble seaweed powder is transformed into the seaweed powder that can be dissolved in water, which forms a sticky aqueous solution after being dissolved in water. To dissolve, add 5 grams of seaweed powder to 100 grams of water, stir and dissolve for 60 minutes to form a thick aqueous solution.It is used to prepare seaweed fertilizer. When used, the seaweed liquid is added with large elements, medium and micro elements, fulvic acid, thickening agent, etc., to make seaweed paste fertilizer, which is used for flush-fertilization.

5. Sticky seaweed powder: it is made of seaweed powder, which is processed by solid transformation technology. After seaweed powder is mixed with water, it forms a sticky paste, which is very sticky.Adhesive for feed granulation.
